Brief — who we are
Roserug was founded when its founders looked at the pace of AI adoption and noticed something missing: a serious, sustained commitment to the humans on the other end of the systems being deployed.
The question was simple — what if we built every product as if the safety of the user was the primary business metric? What would the architecture look like? What would we refuse to build?
That question became a company. Roserug exists to close the gap between what AI can do and what AI should do.
Roserug was formed around a single conviction: that AI deployment was moving faster than AI safety.
Shipped our first enterprise software tools with embedded explainability and audit trails as first-class features.
Established a dedicated research arm publishing open findings on model interpretability and safe deployment patterns.
Expanded to serve organisations across three continents, remaining selective about partnerships.
Continuing to build the infrastructure for human-centered AI — one deliberate decision at a time.
We do not outsource responsibility. Every line of code, every deployed model, every decision — we own it.
The most powerful thing we can do is sometimes say no. We selectively take work that aligns with our principles.
We resist the temptation to do everything. Instead we pursue a few things with unusual depth and care.
We optimise for 10-year outcomes, not 10-day sprints. Short-term pressure does not change the architecture.
