Roserug builds technologies intended to serve humanity safely. You explicitly agree that you will not use our systems or APIs to:

• Generate or distribute malicious software, phishing vectors, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass our security protocols, alignment training, or system safeguards.
• Engage in high-risk automated decision-making (e.g., critical infrastructure, autonomous weaponry) without our explicit enterprise authorization.
• Scrape our proprietary datasets or models to train competing architectures.

Our proprietary models, software architectures, algorithms, and research materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Roserug.

Outputs generated by your direct, legitimate interaction with our systems are yours to use, commercialize, and distribute, subject strictly to our Acceptable Use Policy.

While we are pursuing zero-hallucination systems and absolute software reliability, you acknowledge that frontier technology inherently carries operational limits.

We provide our general services "as is" and disclaim all warranties beyond those explicitly guaranteed in customized enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In no event shall Roserug be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our experimental platforms.
