Roserug builds technologies intended to serve humanity safely. You explicitly agree that you will not use our systems to:

• Generate or distribute malicious software, phishing vectors, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass our security protocols, alignment training, or system safeguards.
• Scrape our proprietary datasets or models to train competing architectures.

Our proprietary models, software architectures, algorithms (including our Zero Knowledge Algorithm), and research materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Roserug Inc.

However, anything you curate, save, or synthesize within your personal Glasshouse Vault remains entirely yours. We claim zero ownership over the insights you generate or the content you read through our platform.

While we are pursuing local-first intelligence and absolute software reliability, you acknowledge that frontier technology inherently carries operational limits.

We provide our general services "as is" and disclaim all warranties. In no event shall Roserug Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our experimental platforms.
