Roserug began not with a product roadmap, but with a problem statement. The teams deploying machine learning into critical infrastructure had no reliable way to explain what their models were doing or why. Outcomes were measured. Behaviour was not.
We set out to close that gap — building interpretability tooling first, then expanding into the full engineering stack required to deploy AI responsibly at scale. Every product we have built since reflects that original constraint: systems that can be audited are systems that can be trusted.
Today, Roserug operates across AI infrastructure, enterprise software, and applied research. Our clients are organisations for whom precision is not optional — financial institutions, healthcare systems, research universities, and regulated industries where a silent failure has visible consequences.
Roserug was established with a single conviction: that AI deployed responsibly is AI deployed effectively.
Delivered our first large-scale machine learning system for a regional financial institution, processing over 2 million records daily.
Established an applied research function focused on model interpretability and safe deployment methodologies.
Launched Workbench, an enterprise retrieval-augmented generation platform built for regulated industries.
